Refund Policy
Office: Luein Hire a product of LUEIN ANALYTICS RESEARCH AND CONSULTING (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED, having its registered office and principal place of business LUEIN ANALYTICS RESEARCH AND CONSULTING (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED #677, 1st Floor, 27th Main, 13th Cross, HSR Layout, Sector-1, Bangalore, Karnataka, 560102 to be referred to hereinafter as: Luein Hire
1. Refund eligibility
LueinHire ("we," "us," or "our'') offers video hiring and recruitment services through its platform, including but not limited to live interview hosting, on-demand online interviews, and recruitment-related features (collectively, "Services"). Your use of our platform is governed by the terms of service available at https://lueinhire.com/policies/terms-of-service and any additional agreements entered into with LueinHire. This refund policy ("Policy") outlines the scenarios in which a refund may be applicable.
Your use of LueinHire.com constitutes your acceptance of this Policy. LueinHire reserves the right to modify this Policy at any time, with updates posted on our website.
2. Refund cases
2.1. Invoice Discrepancies:
If you find any discrepancies in our invoices regarding usage metrics, subscribed services, or other details, you are required to email us at support@lueinhire.com within 7 (Seven) days of the first receipt of the invoice on the registered email address(es).
We will internally verify the alleged discrepancies and may, at our discretion, offer you paid-credits and/or refund the proportionate amount (as per Refund Request Procedure), wherever required.
If you do not inform us of any discrepancy within 7 (Seven) days of the Invoice email date, we will not entertain requests to modify bills/offer credit notes or offer refunds in any other form.
2.2. Deprovisioning of Services:
For termination of services, the Customer can follow:
- You shall explicitly file a de-provisioning request by sending an email to support@lueinhire.com, specifying the de-provisioning date. Such a request is valid only if sent through your authorized technical contact (company employer admin) and must be unconditional.
- On receiving your de-provisioning request, our provisioning team will de-provision the service(s) and send you and the LueinHire finance team a de-provisioning mail. Billing for that/those service(s) will cease from the effective de-provisioning date mentioned in the De-Provisioning email, copied to our finance team.
- If our finance team inadvertently misses accounting for a De-provisioning email and bills you for de-provisioned services, we shall rectify the error by issuing paid-credits, upon receiving an email from you. To enable us to do the same, please email us at support@lueinhire.com, notifying us of the error along with details from the appropriate De-provisioning email.
2.3. Software Licenses
Software licenses are billed monthly, they are not eligible for a refund.
2.4. Prepaid Paid-Credits
If you have any unused prepaid paid-credits in your LueinHire account and don’t intend to use further services, you can request a refund by sending an email to support@lueinhire.com, provided your company's LueinHire account is not in an “Inactive/dormant” state.
For this clause, ‘Inactive/dormant state’ means a Customer account that has not consumed any services in the preceding 90 (Ninety) days. No refund shall be due after the expiry of 90 days, and we reserve the right to invalidate such credits after following the process mentioned in our TOS.
All your LueinHire services will be marked inactive once the unused prepaid paid-credits in your LueinHire account are refunded (as per Refund Request Procedure).
2.5. TDS Refund
Currently, we don't have any provision to refund TDS, but in the near future, we might bring the same. Please stay updated.
3. Non-refundable cases
You are not entitled to a refund in the following cases:
- Published Jobs: Jobs that are published for more than 7 days (including weekends), then you are not eligible for a refund.
- Promotional Benefits: Promotional code benefits and free coupons are non-refundable.
- Transaction Fees: Transaction fees charged by payment gateways are non-refundable.
- Outstanding Balances: No refund will be provided if you have an outstanding balance in linked accounts or if a suspected violation of terms of service is identified.
- Violations: Refund is not applicable in cases of suspected violations of terms of service or company policies.
4. Refund request procedure
All refund requests must be sent to support@lueinhire.com within the specified timeline. Claims not made within this timeframe will not be entertained.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you waive all claims relating to fees/charges payable to LueinHire unless claimed within the timeline prescribed in this refund policy. All refunds will be made to the customer's source bank account (within 15 working days)
