Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel or terminate your company's subscription to LueinHire's services permanently, please send an email to support@lueinhire.com specifying the future cancellation date, which must be at least 15 days from the date of the email. This request must be sent through your authorized technical contact (company employer admin) and must be unconditional.

Upon receiving your permanent subscription cancellation request, our team will verify the details and send a confirmation email from support@lueinhire.com within 10 days if all submitted details are valid. All services will be canceled on the requested date. Please note that upon cancellation, your company's account, along with all its user accounts, will be deactivated, and you will no longer have access to any of LueinHire's services.
