Key Responsibilities:
• Lead Generation: o Make outbound calls to potential clients to generate leads. o Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns and other sources. o Identify and qualify potential buyers and sellers.
• Customer Relationship Management: o Build and maintain strong relationships with clients. o Provide information about available properties, pricing, and benefits. o Address client inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.
• Sales Support: o Schedule appointments for site visits and property tours. o Assist the sales team with follow-up calls and customer interactions. o Maintain an updated database of client information and interactions.
• Reporting: o Prepare daily and weekly reports on call activity, lead status, and sales progress. o Provide feedback to the marketing and sales teams regarding client preferences and market trends.
Skill Required:
• Proven experience as a Telecaller or in a similar role in the real estate industry.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
