HR & Bench Sales Recruiter Intern (Automation & Talent Acquisition – USA IT Staffing & Consulting Services)
Job Description:
We are looking for a proactive and tech-savvy HR & Bench Sales Recruiter Intern to streamline recruitment processes and enhance automation in candidate and vendor communication. This role will focus on leveraging digital tools to optimize hiring workflows, automate engagement with IT consultants, and improve vendor relationship management. The ideal candidate should have a keen interest in HR technology, recruitment automation, and IT staffing.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition & HR Automation (Consulting Services):
- Implement and manage HR automation tools for candidate sourcing, screening, and onboarding.
- Automate email sequences and interview scheduling to improve candidate experience.
- Develop and maintain an applicant tracking system (ATS) to manage talent pipelines efficiently.
- Assist in creating HR workflows that reduce manual intervention in recruitment and onboarding.
- Monitor and optimize candidate engagement through chatbots, AI-driven resume screening, and automated follow-ups.
Bench Sales & Vendor Relationship Automation (USA IT Staffing):
- Automate outreach and follow-ups with IT consultants (H1B, OPT, CPT, GC, and US Citizens) to market their profiles effectively.
- Utilize CRM and email automation platforms to manage and track consultant submissions to clients.
- Streamline the vendor management process by integrating bulk communication tools for job requirement distribution.
- Enhance data tracking and analytics for consultant placement success rates and vendor interactions.
- Ensure compliance with US hiring and immigration laws while integrating automation tools for documentation and onboarding.
Preferred Qualifications & Skills:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of recruitment automation tools (ATS, CRM, LinkedIn Recruiter, AI resume screening).
- Experience with email automation platforms (HubSpot, Mailchimp, or similar).
- Familiarity with IT staffing industry trends, work authorizations (H1B, OPT, GC, etc.), and compliance policies.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills with an ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to leverage AI-based recruitment tools, chatbots, and automated interview scheduling platforms.
