Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Data Center Infrastructure Sales - Junior Executive to join our growing team. The role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who is enthusiastic about sales operations, CRM management, client engagement, and cross-departmental collaboration. The ideal candidate will support the sales team by managing inquiries, portals, periodic follow-ups, social media marketing, and assisting with client resolutions while maintaining strong relationships. The role also includes generating leads through referrals and industry events and ensuring seamless client interactions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets in the data centre sector.
- Generate leads through various channels, including cold calls and social media.
- Identify new business opportunities and channel partners to expand market reach.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to spot trends and potential growth areas.
- Perform basic analysis of client requirements and facilitate effective communication with the technical team.
- Update and maintain sales records in the CRM system accurately and promptly.
- Generate and analyze CRM reports to identify trends and opportunities.
- Manage internal ticketing systems and portals.
- Track, manage, and ensure all tickets are resolved efficiently with accurate follow-ups.
- Handle sales inquiries through live chat, help desk tickets, and phone calls.
- Provide timely and effective responses to customer inquiries.
- Perform periodic follow-ups with clients to ensure satisfaction and resolve concerns.
- Maintain cordial and professional relationships with clients/customers to foster long-term partnerships.
- Collaborate with internal departments (e.g., Operations, Support, Billing, Technical Teams) to resolve client concerns and ensure quick TAT.
- Coordinate with teams to provide speedy resolutions to concerns raised by clients directly.
- Escalate complex issues to seniors when required to deliver appropriate solutions.
- Send daily shift reports to the Sales Manager/Shift Admin for review and feedback.
- Assist in preparing reports for sales performance, client inquiries, and resolution status.
- Engage in social media marketing activities to generate leads and increase brand visibility.
- Identify and participate in IT/Technology-related networking events periodically to build connections and promote company services.
- Generate income from referrals, industry events, and networking opportunities.
- Act as a point of contact for resolving client concerns efficiently and effectively.
- Follow up with clients to ensure high-quality service delivery and satisfaction.
- Initiate and handle tender processes, including understanding terms and conditions and coordinating discussions with stakeholders & internal departments.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computers / IT, Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- 0-2 years of experience in a sales support or similar role.
- Proficiency in Sales CRM tools (e.g., ZOHO, Salesforce) will be an advantage.
- Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi & native languages (verbal and written) to handle client interactions.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Exposure to social media marketing and client outreach strategies.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively across teams.
