Job Title: Sales and Marketing Intern

Position Overview:
As a Sales and Marketing Intern at H.AI Solutions, you will take ownership of various business development activities, including lead generation, market research, client engagement, and sales reporting. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain valuable hands-on experience in both sales and marketing functions within the technology solutions industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation: Identify and prospect potential clients for H.AI Solutions' products and services through various channels, including networking, social media, and industry events.
Market Research: Conduct research on potential clients, trends in the production industry, and competitor analysis. Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote our services.
Sales Support: Prepare and organize sales presentations, proposals, and pitch decks. Participate in sales strategy discussions and provide insights for process improvement.
Client Relationship Management: Coordinate follow-up communications with prospects and existing clients to nurture relationships.
Event Coordination: Organize and schedule meetings, calls, and webinars with prospective clients. Ensure consistent messaging across sales and marketing activities. Maintain and update lead and customer information in relevant databases.
Reporting: Track and report on sales activity and business development efforts.
Skills and Qualifications:
Pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
Strong interest in sales, marketing, business development, and technology solutions.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational and time-management skills with keen attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and CRM tools (preferred).
Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Analytical mindset with the ability to contribute insights based on data and research.
