Role Overview
As a Sales Strategy Intern, you’ll support our sales and marketing efforts by assisting with market research, lead generation, and automated email campaigns. This is an excellent opportunity to gain experience in sales and marketing strategy while working with state-of-the-art tools, with the potential for a full-time role based on performance.
Key Responsibilities
Market Research & Positioning: Identify target industries and customer personas, including HR managers, recruiters, and executives.
Lead Generation: Use tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator and ZoomInfo to research and gather data on potential clients in targeted industries.
Email Automation: Assist in creating and scheduling automated email campaigns using tools like HubSpot, Mailchimp, or Outreach to drive engagement and increase reach.
CRM Management: Support the tracking of leads and manage outreach progress using CRM software, such as Salesforce or HubSpot CRM.
Competitor Analysis: Analyze competitor products to develop insights and refine sales messaging.
Collaboration & Strategy Feedback: Work closely with product and marketing teams to ensure sales strategies align with product features and customer needs.
Skills and Qualifications
Education
Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Analytical and Research Skills
Strong ability to conduct market research, analyze competitor trends, and identify valuable lead insights.
Experience with Lead Generation and Email Automation Tools
Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, or similar platforms.
Some experience or willingness to learn email automation tools like HubSpot, Mailchimp, or Outreach.
Basic Computer Skills
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), with CRM software experience (Salesforce, HubSpot CRM) a plus.
Communication and Interpersonal Skills
Strong written and verbal communication, with the ability to engage with potential customers professionally.
Interest in AI and HR Technology
A genuine interest in understanding AI-driven HR tools like LueinHire and their applications in recruitment and hiring.
