LueinHire operates on a pre-paid payment model, eliminating the need for upfront monthly commitments. Users purchase credits on the platform, which are then utilized for accessing LueinHire's services and features. Pricing is denominated in INR for Indian customers and USD for international customers without offices in India. LueinHire's pricing is based on the monthly usage of Active Job-Plans and Interview-Plans. An Active Job is defined as a position that is published and open for applications and interviews within a given month. Once a job is closed, it becomes inactive. Users can have an unlimited number of Active Jobs in a month and conduct unlimited interviews within their regular plans. Usage is transactional in nature, and gets calculated and continues till paid credits get exhausted. There are no additional charges for adding company users to the platform. For large enterprises with substantial monthly hiring requirements, LueinHire offers post-paid enterprise plans with monthly commitments. Billing for post-paid enterprise customers begins on the 1st of each month and payment is due within 15 days of receiving the invoice.

What is meant by publishing a job on LueinHire?
Publishing a job on LueinHire means making the job opportunity visible to potential candidates and enabling the application process. If a job is not published, it remains invisible to anyone except the job creator, and no applications or invitations can be accepted. Once a job is published, it becomes accessible to candidates, either through automatic sourcing or direct invitations via email. Additionally, published jobs incur charges according to the Job-Plan fees. Once a job is published, it cannot be unpublished; however, you can change the status to inactive by closing the job if you no longer wish to hire for that position.

How is pricing determined based on active jobs? What constitutes an 'active job'?
An ACTIVE job refers to a job status that is either 'open for applications' or 'closed for applications' but still undergoing the interviewing process. Once a job is published, it is automatically considered as ACTIVE and the job status transitions from a 'new' status to 'open for application', thereby incurring charges according to the Job-plan fee. If a job remains active in the subsequent month, it will continue to be charged according to the Job-plan fee (it will be charged again in the subsequent month).

Is there a limit to the number of users I can add to my company account in LueinHire?
No, there are no restrictions on adding users to your company account in LueinHire. You can add all your employees within the LueinHire user section at no additional cost.

Does LueinHire offer trial access or free credits for initial use of its platform and services?
Yes, trial access or free credits are available on demand. We offer a one-time maximum of one month trial or 10,000 LueinHire free credits (LH-credits) equivalent to INR 10,000.00 to a limited number of early customers to experience LueinHire services. Which onboarding plan, prepaid or postpaid, is more suitable for us?
All LueinHire customers are initially onboarded with the 'Prepaid' onboarding plan, where they purchase paid credits and their platform usage charges are deducted from the paid credits directly. No monthly commitments or minimum usage charges, pay and use model.
However, large enterprises managing more than 100 active jobs per month on LueinHire, have the option to choose a 'Postpaid' onboarding plan. The ‘Postpaid’ plan entails a minimum billing amount per month in addition to regular usage charges which they get 15 days time to pay from the date of invoice.

How long does it take to post a job on LueinHire?
Posting a job on LueinHire is a quick process, typically taking no more than 5 minutes. Once you have your job requirement ready, simply create a job posting with the necessary details, review the job, and then publish it. Once published, you can immediately begin inviting candidates and receiving applications to review. With AI-assisted job creation and sourcing, the posting process can be further expedited to just a few minutes.

How long does the account setup (onboarding) take?
Typically, the onboarding process takes no longer than a single day. To initiate the process, simply complete the employer signup form or utilize our automated single sign-on feature through our HRMS integrations. Next, submit the necessary employer reference documents and await receipt of the account activation link. Upon activation, select the unlimited User-Plan, electronically sign the terms of service, and your onboarding setup is complete. Should you require more advanced setup assistance, we will assign an account manager to facilitate your transition and ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
Can I use all the features during my trial period?
Absolutely! You'll have access to all features during your trial period, up to the limits specified for the free trial.
What forms of payment do you accept?
You can make payments on LueinHire using credit cards, debit cards, online wallets, or UPI. For monthly plans, we also issue invoices that can be settled via bank transfers, exclusively for "Postpaid" customers. Please refer to the "Billing" section for details regarding your current and outstanding payments. All monthly "Prepaid" bills must be settled on or before the payment due date to avoid a late payment penalty of 1% every 2 days.
Do I have to pay GST for the plans and services I am planning to purchase on LueinHire?
Yes, GST is applicable. If the recipient (customer) of the service is located outside of India, GST does not apply. However, if the recipient is within India, an additional GST charge is applicable. Since July 1, 2017, LueinHire is mandated to levy an 18% GST on all online services in compliance with Indian laws. How do I enter my GST number during the purchase?
Your GST details are collected during the onboarding process. When making a purchase, the same details will be displayed during the transaction or on the raised invoices.
