**Summary:**

H.AI Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Oracle C2M Developer with 7 to 12 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Portland as a Consultant/Freelancer. This role is pivotal in enhancing our utilities client's customer information system (CIS) capabilities. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of Oracle C2M and related technologies, enabling them to design, develop, and implement robust solutions that streamline operations and improve customer service. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, troubleshoot issues, and ensure the successful deployment of applications. Your expertise will directly contribute to optimizing our client's utility management processes, making a significant impact on their operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

**Responsibilities:**

- Design, develop, and implement Oracle C2M solutions tailored to client needs.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for system enhancements.

- Develop and maintain APIs for seamless integration with existing systems.

- Utilize SQL for database management and data manipulation tasks.

- Implement MVC architecture in application development to ensure scalability and maintainability.

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Oracle C2M and associated technologies.

- Conduct code reviews and provide mentorship to junior developers.

- Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in software development.

- Document technical specifications, system configurations, and user guides.

- Participate in project planning and status meetings, providing updates on progress and challenges.

**Requirements:**

- 7 to 12 years of experience in Oracle C2M development and implementation.

- Strong proficiency in CIS++ and ASP.NET frameworks.

- Extensive experience with SQL for database queries and management.

- Proven track record in API development and integration.

- Familiarity with MVC architecture and ADO.NET.

- Knowledge of SOA principles and practices.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
