Key Responsibilities:
Design & Architecture: Architect and design scalable, secure, and highly available solutions on VMware stack, including ESXi, NSX, vCenter, and vSAN, and plan seamless migrations to public cloud environments.
Migration Strategy: Develop a comprehensive migration strategy and roadmap for moving VMware-hosted applications to AWS or Azure. Conduct Proof of Concepts (PoCs) to demonstrate the feasibility and advantages of migration.
Cloud Expertise: Leverage expertise in AWS or Azure to design and implement cloud solutions that optimize performance, cost, and reliability, based on client needs.

Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with client stakeholders to gather requirements, present solutions, and gain buy-in for migration strategies and cloud adoption.
Technical Collaboration: Collaborate with DevOps and infrastructure teams to design, test, and deploy automated and infrastructure-as-code (IaC) solutions for efficient cloud management post-migration.
Best Practices Implementation: Apply industry best practices in VMware management, cloud migration, and hybrid architectures to ensure high-performance, cost-effective, and scalable solutions.
Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of architecture designs, migration plans, and implementation details to support future management and troubleshooting.
